Our Story

A Journey of Faith

This Journey Began Over 50 Years Ago

This journey began over 50 years ago with one woman and one prayer, in rural Alabama. Nana prayed for one of her sons to become a pastor and bring the life-changing message of Jesus to the multitudes. It turned out her grandson was the answer to that prayer. Through her faithful prayers the foundation of Action Church was laid.

At Action Church we believe that doing for one person what we wish we could do for everyone can change the world. Nana was one woman, in one small town, that decided to be faithful and do her part.

Her prayers and faith laid the foundation of a life-giving church that will help reach the most visited city in the U.S. Orlando, FL. Action Church launched on January 26th, 2014 at Winter Springs High School. Launch day saw 797 people in attendance, and since that day, Action Church has grown to three locations and has reached thousands with the message of the gospel.

In everything we do, we aim to live up to our name. A church that takes action, loving and serving our community like Jesus would.
