Action Church Leadership
Our Leadership
Meet the pastors and elders guiding Action Church with vision, integrity, and a heart for the people of Central Florida.
Our Pastors
Pastors Justin and
Gabby Dailey
Born and raised in Birmingham, Alabama, Pastor Justin Dailey traded a golf scholarship in 2004 to pursue ministry training at Highlands College, part of Church of the Highlands in Birmingham. It was there he developed an authentic, life-changing relationship with Jesus and discovered his calling to full-time pastoral ministry.
By early 2012, Pastor Justin sensed a clear God-given mandate to plant a new church in Central Florida. A year later, a visit to Winter Springs confirmed that this vibrant community would be Action’s permanent home. Partnering with the Association of Related Churches (ARC) and gathering a group of families in a neighborhood clubhouse, Action Church launched on January 26th, 2014, welcoming 797 people on its very first Sunday.
Today, Action Church has grown into five thriving locations across Central Florida and has reached thousands with the hope and message of the gospel. Pastor Justin’s driving vision is to meet people where they are and connect them to everything God has for their lives. He is married to his wife Gabby, and together they are raising their two sons, Bentley and Kingston.

Leadership Structure
Three Layers of Leadership
01
Guided by Spiritual Elders
Led by Pastor Justin, this team oversees the development of the spiritual life of the church and its staff, and acts as staff elders.
02
Protected by Stewardship Elders
These elders are members of the congregation who oversee the finances and direct the provision of the facilities needed by the church. They provide counsel to the Operational Leadership Team regarding the major financial commitments of the church. They serve as non-staff elders.
03
Strengthened by Apostolic Elders
These elders are pastors of nationally respected congregations and ministries who love Action Church and are willing to provide spiritual protection to the church. They may be called in to help in accountability manners relating to the Lead Pastor if requested by the staff elders.
